We're excited to share Globys’ latest product enhancement, the new Report Hub—a centralized space to access, customize, and organize both summary and detail reports from a single, streamlined interface. This upgraded module reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the Globys experience for both carriers and end-users.

The updated Report Hub enables CSPs to introduce carrier-defined reports and filters—establishing a standardized report type and data analysis that complements the diversity of user-generated reports. End-users also have the ability to personalize their own reporting experience with numerous new personalization features, empowering users to take full control of their reporting environment. The New Report Hub features include:

Carrier-defined Reports View or share reports and filters that are carrier-defined in addition to user-created reports Report Descriptions Add report descriptions for additional context Favorite Reports Tag favorite reports for easy access Archive Reports Hide and restore reports as needed

Report Page View Customizations Configure and save Report Page views Search and Filter Reports Easily find reports with attribute filters or a search function Report Grouping Reports are automatically grouped by report type, adding more filter options
